AffiliatesAffiliate Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you, the affiliate, and Ganam s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic with its registered office at Pobřežní 249/46, Praha 8, 186 00, VAT ID CZ04735081 (“we”, “us”, “SexBabesVR”), the operator of sexbabesvr.com and of the SexBabesVR affiliate program at nats.sexbabesvr.com (the “Program”). By creating an affiliate account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not sign up.
1. Who can join
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter into a contract. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1.2 You must give us accurate, complete contact and payment details and keep them current. One person or company may hold one affiliate account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
1.3 We review every application by hand and may accept or decline it without giving a reason. We may also ask for proof of identity or of ownership of the sites you list before approving an account or a payout.
1.4 Our members, employees and their close relatives may not earn commissions on their own memberships. Self-referrals of any kind are not paid.
2. How the Program works
2.1 You promote sexbabesvr.com using the link codes, banners, trailer embeds, hosted galleries, feeds and other materials made available in your affiliate dashboard (“Promo Materials”). Every link carries your affiliate code. Sales are tracked by NATS using a cookie that lasts 30 days from the visitor’s last click on your link, plus server-side matching where the cookie is missing. Our tracking records are the only basis for commissions.
2.2 A sale is credited to you when a visitor who arrived through your link buys a membership on sexbabesvr.com during the tracking period and the payment is approved by our billing company. If two affiliates sent the same visitor, the last click before the purchase wins.
2.3 We may add, change or remove membership plans, prices, promotions, sites and tours at any time. Commissions are calculated on what the member actually paid, after our billing company’s approval.
3. What we pay
3.1 Revenue share
50% of every initial membership payment and 50% of every rebill of that member, for as long as the member keeps paying and the membership remains linked to your affiliate code.
3.2 Pay per signup (PPS)
$15 for every full-price monthly, 3-month or yearly membership and $80 for every lifetime membership sold through a PPS link code. PPS pays $0 on trial memberships, on discounted or sale-priced memberships and on any plan we mark as excluded in your dashboard. PPS sales do not earn revenue share on rebills.
3.3 Your choice, per link
Each link code you create is either revenue share or PPS. You can create both kinds and switch new links at any time. A sale is paid under the program of the link that produced it, once.
3.4 Webmaster referral
5% of the commissions earned by every affiliate who signs up through your referral link, for as long as both accounts stay active. Referral commissions are paid from our share, never from the referred affiliate’s. Referring yourself, your own companies or accounts you control is not allowed.
3.5 Adjustments
Refunds, chargebacks, voids, insufficient-funds reversals and payments our billing company later rejects are deducted from your balance, including from a balance already paid, in which case the amount is deducted from your next payout. Where a chargeback rate, a refund rate or a conversion pattern on your traffic is out of line with the Program average, we may hold your balance for up to 60 days to let reversals settle.
3.6 Changes to commissions
We may change commission rates, minimums or payout methods with 30 days’ notice by email or in your dashboard. Changes apply to sales made after they take effect. Sales made before keep their terms. We may move an individual account from PPS to revenue share, or set its PPS rate to $0, with notice, where the quality or pattern of its traffic no longer supports a per-signup payout.
4. How and when we pay
4.1 Statements
Your dashboard shows your balance in real time. Each calendar month closes on its last day.
4.2 Minimum payout
$200 for Paxum, $500 for wire transfer. Balances below the minimum carry over to the next month without expiring, as long as the account stays active.
4.3 Invoice first
Before each payout you send an invoice for the closed month’s balance to info@sexbabesvr.com, made out to:

The invoice states your affiliate username, the period, the amount and currency, and your Paxum e-mail or bank details. No invoice, no payout; the balance simply carries over.
4.4 Timing and currency
We pay within 30 days of receiving a correct invoice for a balance above the minimum, in USD or EUR at your choice, by Paxum or wire transfer. A payout fee is deducted from each payment: $2 for Paxum, $40 for wire transfer. Any further bank or transfer fees on your side are yours. Amounts are calculated in USD; EUR payouts use our billing company’s exchange rate on the payout date.
4.5 Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes, duties and social charges on your commissions. Where the law requires us to withhold tax or to collect a tax form before paying you, we will ask for it and hold the payout until we have it. If you are VAT-registered in the EU, your invoice must show the reverse-charge note where it applies.
4.6 Errors
Tell us within 60 days of a statement if you think it is wrong. After that the statement is final.
5. What you may do
5.1 You may use the Promo Materials as provided, on sites, newsletters, social accounts and apps that you own or that have given you written permission, and in paid advertising that follows section 6.
5.2 You may use information published on sexbabesvr.com, including scene titles, model names, descriptions, release dates and the free trailer pages, in your own copy and reviews, as long as it stays accurate and is not presented as anything other than a promotion of SexBabesVR.
5.3 You may ask us for a reviewer account, custom creatives or a custom landing page. We decide case by case.
5.4 Your right to use the Promo Materials and our name is a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for the purpose of this Program only. It ends when your account ends. We may ask you to take down or replace any material, and you will do so within 48 hours.
6. What you may not do
You may not, and may not let others do on your behalf:
- Brand bidding. Buy search advertising on “SexBabesVR”, “Sex Babes VR”, misspellings of them, or our domain names, or use them in ad display URLs. Advertising on generic terms is allowed.
- Misleading traffic. Incentivized, cashback, reward, paid-to-click or paid-to-signup traffic; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, auto-redirects, pop-ups on sites you do not own, or any device that sets our cookie without a real, intentional click by the visitor.
- Spam. Unsolicited e-mail, SMS, direct messages, comments or posts, and any message that hides that it is an advertisement or that does not honour opt-out requests.
- Fake sales. Signups or payments made by you, by bots, with stolen or test payment details, or otherwise not by a real paying customer.
- Misrepresentation. Calling anything “free” that is not, promising content we do not sell, using another studio’s name or content to sell ours, or altering Promo Materials so that they misrepresent the content, the price or the terms.
- Our content. Hosting, streaming, sharing or linking to any full scene, download or member-only material of ours anywhere, or promoting from a site that hosts pirated content of ours or of anyone else.
- Performers. Using any image, name or likeness of a performer other than as it appears in the Promo Materials or on sexbabesvr.com; implying that any performer is under 18; describing the content in a way that suggests minors, non-consent or illegal acts. All performers on sexbabesvr.com were 18 or older when filmed, and every promotion of ours must say or imply nothing else.
- Age and law. Sending traffic that bypasses or interferes with any age-verification, geo-blocking or consent step on our sites; advertising adult content where it is illegal to do so or to audiences under 18; breaking the rules of any advertising network, platform or payment provider you use.
- Our trademarks. Registering domain names, social handles, apps or trademarks containing our names, or presenting your site as our official site.
- Members’ data. Collecting, storing or using any personal data of our members obtained through the Program.
Breaking any point in this section is a material breach.
7. Your data and our members’ data
7.1 We process your account, contact, payment and tracking data to run the Program, to pay you and to prevent fraud, under our privacy policy at sexbabesvr.com/page/privacy-policy/. We keep payout records for as long as tax law requires.
7.2 You are responsible for your own visitors. Where you set cookies, collect data or send traffic from the EU, the UK or any place with a privacy law, you must comply with it, including giving your visitors the notice and choice the law requires for the affiliate tracking cookie.
7.3 You are not our data processor and we are not yours; each of us is responsible for our own processing.
8. Ending the agreement
8.1 You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by e-mail. We may close or suspend your account at any time with notice, and immediately without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, the law, or the rules of a payment provider or advertising platform we depend on.
8.2 On a normal closure we pay any balance above the minimum after your final invoice, and any balance below the minimum after your final invoice once it reaches $50, or write it off after 12 months.
8.3 On closure for breach, for fraud or for fake sales, you forfeit any unpaid balance, and we may recover from you any amount already paid on sales that were fraudulent, reversed or in breach, plus our reasonable costs.
8.4 Sections 3.5, 4.5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 survive the end of this agreement.
9. Liability and warranties
9.1 You run your own business. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency or franchise. You may not make promises or statements on our behalf.
9.2 The Program, the tracking and the Promo Materials are provided as they are. We do not promise a level of traffic, conversion or earnings, or uninterrupted tracking. Where tracking fails for reasons on our side, we will credit sales we can reasonably verify from our records.
9.3 Our total liability to you under this agreement, for any reason, is limited to the commissions we owe you for the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9.4 You will indemnify us against claims, fines and costs caused by your breach of these terms, your sites, your advertising or your handling of visitors’ data.
10. General
10.1 These terms, the Program pages at nats.sexbabesvr.com and the rules shown in your dashboard are the whole agreement. We may update these terms; we will notify you by e-mail or in your dashboard at least 30 days before a change takes effect, except changes required by law or by a payment provider, which take effect when we post them. Using the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
10.2 You may not transfer this agreement or your account without our written consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over the Program.
10.3 If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
10.4 These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes go to the courts of Prague, Czech Republic. The English version of these terms governs; any translation is for convenience only.
